| Bio Business Café |
| A unique match making-concept |
| The overriding objective of the International Bioenergy Days is to create
business opportunities in bioenergy. You will be able to present your company
to a perfectly appropriate target group in our unique Bio Business Café
concept, or else you may decide to participate in the audience that will be
able to make invaluable contacts here with ideally appropriate suppliers and
partners. |
The Bio Business Café procedure:

Two parallel sessions will be in progress simultaneously in premises adjacent to
one another, to enable the guests to switch from one to the other as they wish. |
| The themes in the two premises: |
- Biofuel for vehicles
- Bioenergy for heating
and electricity
|
1. In each of the premises, the audience will hear five short (3-5 minutes)
company presentations in succession. |
| 2. The five company representatives will move to five different tables/smaller
rooms, where there will also be a host. |
| 3. The members of the audience choose the company representatives with
whom they want to talk to. A discussion between the interested members of
the audience and the company representative will be held for about 30 minutes.
Questions can then be asked and contacts can be made, with scope for
developing them during the subsequent mingling sessions. |
4. The audience then returns to the assembly hall and listens to a further five
company presentations and new discussions at the tables will be held. |
The Bio Business Café will be held on the afternoon of Monday 28 September
and in the morning of Wednesday 30 September. So a total of no more than
40 companies will be able to present themselves in this very valuable manner. |

The cost of a company presentation at the Bio Business Café is only
SEK 10 000 plus 25% tax.
This includes: |
• access to a computer and projector
• a 3 – 5 minute selling presentation of your activities to the audience
• a discussion lasting about 30 minutes with interested prospective customers
and partners
• opportunity for making a roll-up presentation of your company
• space for information materials (brochures, product leaflets, etc.)
• the company name will be mentioned in our information material
• link to the company on the homepage
• documentation (Power Point pictures from the first 3 – 5 minute
presentation) via the International Bioenergy Days (IBED) homepage |
